We're located in the same building as the Lunar Rei Candle Store on the second floor. At the top of the stairs, go straight down the hall and around the corner. Our door is the last one at the very end of the hallway.
** Please note: Our office is not wheelchair-accessible, and there is no ramp or elevator access.

Birthday Program

If you come in on the week of your birthday, you'll receive a discount on your massage! 🎂 Please provide a note when booking online that includes the word "Birthday" along with your birth date.
**Please note: Requires ID with date of birth, such as a NYS license or other official ID, to be verified at time of visit.

Should I arrive early?

All guests are asked to arrive approximately 5 minutes early. Arriving promptly allows enough time to discuss the client's health history or any concerns one may have, and discuss treatment options with the therapist.

What if I'm late?

We understand -- life happens. If you think you'll be arriving late, please provide notice as early as possible so we can do our best to ensure your full appointment time is still provided. However, if you arrive late, the appointment time may be reduced depending on schedule to ensure appointments after yours are not impacted. If the appointment time has to be reduced, the service price will not be prorated and you will still be charged full price. If you are late by 15 minutes or more without notice, this will be considered a “no-show” and you will be charged full price as well.

What if I "no-show" my appointment?

If you do not arrive at your scheduled appointment time without prior coordination with the therapist, either by notifying of late arrival or by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment, you will be charged full price for the booked appointment.

What if I need to cancel?

You may cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment but do not provide sufficient notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee for the first missed session and 100% of the service fee for each session after that.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

All appointments can be rescheduled, provided you contact us to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. However, as our business grows, our appointment availability will become more limited. We will do our best to accomodate your schedule, but book in advance to ensure your spot!

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

We do not offer any exchanges or refunds for services provided. Please notify the therapist if there was an issue with your service and we will do our absolute best to accomodate all reasonable suggestions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit card, Venmo, CashApp, or Bank Checks. We also accept FSA and HSA payments as well. We do not print receipts in the office but you have the option to receive one by text or email.

What if I am not 18?

Clients under the age of 18 must have informed consent from a parent/guardian. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian during the service.

Is my information confidential?

All information discussed or provided during each session is confidential and will not be shared with any other persons unless the client provides specific instruction to release that information through a written consent form.

Do you accept health insurance?

Unfortunately, we do not accept health insurance at this time.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! We sell eGift cards through the website:

  • Click the "Buy Gift Card" button at the top of the page.
  • Choose the image the best fits the occasion
  • Choose whether you're purchasing your gift for an individual or group
  • Select the amount you'd like to purchase
  • Choose to either send the card to yourself or a specific recipient
  • For eGift card delivery, you can choose to send it instantly or schedule a future date
  • Add your personal details and a message
  • Click the "Checkout" button to continue to the next screen to provide payment details.

Do gift cards expire?

No, our eGift cards do not expire. However, they cannot be redeemed for cash value -- all gift cards must be used on one of our services.
